Yi Ling graduated from the University of Liverpool with First Class Honours and holds a Certificate in Legal Practice. 

Having completed her pupilage with an esteemed legal firm in Kuala Lumpur specialising in a diverse range of capital markets, corporate and M&A transactions, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2020. Thereafter, she continued to practice as a legal associate with the corporate and commercial department of the said firm. 

Yi Ling was vastly exposed to the practice of capital markets and had also assisted in several listing exercises in Malaysia and Hong Kong. Yi Ling continues to enhance the Firm’s ability in serving its regional clients in the areas of capital markets and corporate commercial.
